Neither do I. It is still too new to tell how the Internet
will interact with the copyright laws and the public domain works
in the world. The point that I want to express is that one should
not be careless about putting the public domain works on the web.
It is better to be educated and well prepared about the possible
risks (the risk of being sued in a foreign country where works
are still under copyright and the risk of traveling to that country
- there are two more things which are trademark and publicity rights
which are discussed in Chapter 20 in Attorney Stephen Fishman's
book _The Public Domain_).
