  Indeed not.  The person who does so becomes to all intents and purposes
a publisher, and has to accept the legal responsibilities that comes with
that role. 

  And ... in some cases even responsibilities that do *not*. The right of
freedom of the press is, in some countries, connected with the printed work
only.  Electronical documents are not printed, and so the traditional
protection an ordinary publisher can rely on just may be lacking for
electronical documents. (Sweden is one of these countries -- I have no
doubt that there are others.)

  Noone wants it to be that way, but until it has been fixed ... 
trust in God, and tie your horse. At both ends.
