I can't find the following public domain novels in etext
format. If anyone is working on one of them, or knows where
on the net one is located, please let me know.

Abraham Cahan: The White Terror and the Red, A Novel of
Revolutionary Russia (1905)
Charles Chesnutt: The House Behind the Cedars (1900)
Harold Frederic: Seth's Brother's Wife (1887)
Harold Frederic: The Copperhead (1893)
Hamlin Garland: Rose of Dutcher's Coolly (1895)
Hamlin Garland: A Daughter of the Middle Border
(non-fiction, I think)
John William De Forest: Miss Ravenel's Conversion (1867)
Arnold Bennett: The Old Wives' Tale (1908)
Norman Douglas: South Wind (1917)
[Moderator: _The House Behind the Cedars_ is on-line, and listed
on my site. _Dr. Sevier_, _The Copperhead_, and _Seth's Brother's
Wife_ were serialized in magazines that are part of Cornell's
Making of America collection (http://cdl.library.cornell.edu/moa/index.html)
and I can link to the scanned images of the magazine serializations if
that would be helpful. I'm not aware of on-line copies of the other
novels. - JMO]
