Corelli: The Life Everlasting

I have a copy of _The Life Everlasting_ by Marie Corelli from 1911. I
checked The Online Books Page and IPL as well as doing a Google search
for the first line of the Prologue. While there is some Corelli
online, this one doesn't seem to be.
I'm not planning on doing anything with this. If anyone would like to,
I'll send them the book, which they may keep. My only stipulation is
that any online edition made from it must be made available free of
charge.
The book is hardback in red cloth, published by
Hodder & Stoughton
New York
George Doran Company.
The copyright page says
Copyright, 1911

and nothing else.
