I think we are going to have to accept that like in the music industry
copyright is dead. The box is open and Pandora left for LA in a hurry.
This is not necessarily a bad thing. Indeed it will both increase readers
for particular books but also increase sales of well printed and well
crafted books.
We may not like it but copyright is dead and we should consider how best to
take advantage of that fact.
