Report on the new hiebook

I received my new hiebook yesterday and I am now going to return it. I
cannot see it to read it. I have a Rocket eBook and a Visor, which is
like a Palm.

The Rocket eBook has a backlight feature that will brighten the ordinary
sceen so that you can read successfully in dim light or even total
darkness. The Visor has a "backlight" feature that changes the
screen to green so that you can sort of see the screen in total darkness.
In dim light--forget it!

The hiebook functions more like a Visor.

The Rocket eBook allows you to change the screen font to LARGE if you
need it. The hiebook has only a "small, medium, large" font
selection on the device itself and the large is not large
enough.

You can adjust the contrast, but even at the best contrast, I cannot read
the book in normal lighting indoors because there is just not enough
brightness or contrast, although I can read it in sunlight or total
darkness. (although reading for any longer than 5 minutes on the green
screen is a PAIN)

So, it is disappointing and completely unacceptable. I am returning it
immediately.

Sincerely, Paulina in California
