I just posted another of Mercy Otis Warren's plays -- The Adulateur -- at
http://www.samizdat.com/warren/adulateur.html
Her brother, James Otis, appears here as "Brutus", and governor Hutchinson
as "Rapatio", and the action appears to center around the aftermath of the
Boston Massacre. This play was originally published in 1773. I keyed it in
by hand, updating the spelling and punctuation for readability.
You can see other works of hers that I've entered similarly from
http://www.samizdat.com/warren -- including The Motley Assembly, The Group,
The Blockheads, and the first two chapters of her history of the American
Revolution. I hope to post soon another play of hers, The Defeat (1773) and
the rest of her two-volume history.
Enjoy.
Best wishes.
