If you reread my prior messages, I define "Proofed and Formatted
Digital Text" to include formatted plain text, such as that
traditionally produced by Project Gutenberg.

I'm not pushing any nefarious agenda in asking the question I am. I
noted in my original message why I am asking it. I suggest you reread
what I wrote.
