well, the greed of the corporate-people knows no bounds...
and surely you didn't think they were gonna sit on their hands
while cyberspace disintermediated them from their cashflows?
said it before, will say it again: it's gonna take a revolution...
and the corporate-boys have shown time after time that they
will resort to force and use violence, up to and including war
on a global scale, and not just as "last resort", but sometimes
even as "preemptive strike" -- to "protect" their "interests"...
so i don't think it's gonna be pretty. no sir.
the trick for us is how to defeat their violence with our peace.
we can't even hope to compete with 'em if we play their game,
since they have all their armies behind them. and besides, it's
about time for humans to learn how to defeat greed peacefully.
if we cannot, we might as well throw in the towel on this planet.
and no, i don't have any "strategic plans" for how to defeat greed.
but i'll tell you one thing for sure. if we play along with them at
their legal games, and settle for simplistic bullshit like "petitions",
while they sap our motivation with their time-proven tendency
to come at us with one attack after another until they "succeed",
then we will not win the war. we must treat them like the selfish
children that they are, and put them in a corner until they learn
that all of the toys on the playground do _not_ "belong" to them,
and we won't let them play with any until they learn to _share_...
capiche?
