that set of links indicates you're looking at the 104-105 page-spread.
(the title-bar of the page will verify that for you.)
here's where each of the links will take you:
p102/103 -- the previous page-spread, pages 102-103
-chap- -- the chapter-header before pages 102-103
toc-1 -- the "table of contents" page for the 1-page display
p104 -- page 104, but using the 1-page display (text/scan)
p105 -- page 105, but using the 1-page display (text/scan)
toc-2 -- the "table of contents" page for the 2-up display
+chap+ -- the chapter-header after pages 102-103
p106/107 -- the next page-spread, pages 106-107
suggestions for more transparent labeling are welcome.

that's because i repeated the cover as the _last_ page,
and one of the 2-up displays shows the last page on
the left with the first page on the right. both of those
decisions are probably bad, especially in combination.
