One good idea might be to upload it to the Internet Archive (
http://www.archive.org ) -- they've been allowing the general public
to upload e-texts to their archives for a while now, and they'll
certainly take PDFs. It will remove all worry about any new host
disappearing in a year or too -- I think they're going to be around
for a while!
