Additional notes

We do not yet have a complete list of issue renewal filings here, but the latest issue renewal filed was for the October 1957 issue.

A 1993 renewal for the 1964 book 'Southern White Protestantism in the 20th Century' by Kenneth K. Bailey notes that chapter 1 was previously published in the April 1963 issue of the American Historical Review. The renewal would appear to be too late to cover the journal publication of that chapter.
