A 1977 renewal record for 'A Pyrrhic Victory' by Alice Geer Kelsey says it ran in the July 1950 issue of 'Pulpit Victory', but that appears to be a typing error for 'Pulpit Digest'. We know of no periodical titled 'Public Victory', and the original registration number cited in the renewal record is for the July 1950 Pulpit Digest.
