The Report of the Director of the Bernice P. Bishop Museum was published annually to summarize the year's activities and business of the Museum. The exact title has varied somewhat over time.

Publication History

The Bishop Museum was founded in 1889. A director's report has been published since at least 1898, often as a special issue or section of another Museum serial. The report title appears to have included "Director" in it until the 1970s; current annual reports no longer include "Director" in the title. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial.
