Minutes of the New England Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church was the official annual record of the New England Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. The title varied somewhat over time.
The New England Conference was established in 1796, and has undergone various splits, mergers, and changes in territory since then. The Maine conference was split off in 1824, the New Hampshire and Vermont Conference in 1829, and the Providence Conference in 1841. After those splits, this conference covered most of Massachusetts. The conference's present-day successor is the New England Conference of the United Methodist Church (which now covers all of New England except for western Connecticut).
