Primary Education-Popular Educator began in 1926 as the merger of two journals, Primary Education, and Popular Educator. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is February 1929 (v. 46 no. 6), © January 19, 1929. We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) It ran until 1929, and was then succeeded by Grade Teacher.
