Martin Boos

(Boos, Martin, 1762-1825)

Martin Boos (* 25. Dezember 1762 in Huttenried [heute eine Gemarkung von Ingenried im Allgäu]; † 29. August 1825 in Sayn [heute ein Ortsteil von Bendorf bei Neuwied]) war ein römisch-katholischer Pfarrer, von 1817 bis 1819 Professor und Religionslehrer am Gymnasium Düsseldorf, Initiator und einer der Hauptvertreter der Allgäuer Erweckungsbewegung.
