Francis Crick

Crick intended to give a lecture entitled 'How Do We See Things?' as part of a science lecture series 'On the Brink', 24 October 1995, but cancelled due to illness. This photograph was used in the publicity pamphlet.

Francis Harry Compton Crick (8 June 1916 – 28 July 2004) was an English molecular biologist, biophysicist, and neuroscientist. He, James Watson, Rosalind Franklin, and Maurice Wilkins played crucial roles in deciphering the helical structure of the DNA molecule. (From Wikipedia)
