Charles Emil Ruthenberg (July 9, 1882 – March 1, 1927) was an American Marxist politician who was the founder and first head of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). He is one of five Americans to be buried in the Kremlin Wall Necropolis. (From Wikipedia) More about Charles E. Ruthenberg:
